These Terms & Conditions explain what is included in Bowman Building Inc. (BBI) Care Plans, how billing works, and the responsibilities of both BBI and our customers. Our goal is transparency, fairness, and clear communication.
Service Coverage
BBI Care provides routine maintenance to keep sprinkler systems operating efficiently. This section outlines what services are included, what is excluded, and how emergency visits are handled.
Included Services
BBI Care covers routine sprinkler inspections, seasonal adjustments, and minor system tune‑ups designed to keep your lawn healthy and irrigation efficient
Excluded Services
Major repairs, system redesigns, or damage caused by external factors such as weather events, construction, or misuse are not included in the Care Plan.
Emergency Visits
Emergency service calls outside of scheduled maintenance may be billed separately at standard rates. Customers will be notified of costs before work begins.
Customer Responsibilities
BBI Care is a partnership between Bowman Building Inc. and our customers. To ensure reliable service and fair billing, customers agree to provide property access, timely payments, and prompt communication about system issues. These responsibilities help us deliver consistent care and protect your sprinkler system.
Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the sprinkler system during scheduled visits. Locked gates, pets, or other barriers should be managed to allow service.
Payment Terms
Monthly or annual payments must be made on time to keep the Care Plan active. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is current.
Reporting Issues
Customers should report sprinkler system problems promptly. Early communication helps BBI address issues quickly and prevent further damage.
Billing and Renewal
BBI Care offers flexible billing options to fit customer needs. This section explains payment methods, renewal policies, and cancellation terms.
Payment Options
Customers may choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing may include discounted rates compared to monthly plans.
Renewal Policy
Plans renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Customers will receive reminders prior to renewal.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel with 30 days’ notice. Refunds are prorated based on unused service, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Liability & Limitations
BBI Care is designed to maintain sprinkler systems, but certain limitations apply. This section clarifies what BBI is responsible for and what falls outside the plan.
System Condition
BBI is not responsible for pre‑existing damage or issues outside normal maintenance. Customers should ensure systems are in working order before enrollment.
Weather & External Factors
Extreme weather, accidents, or external damage may require additional repairs not covered by the Care Plan. These services can be scheduled separately.
Compliance
All services are performed in accordance with local codes and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their property complies with applicable laws.
